Tim Oberst is a Partner Emeritus in Bennett Thrasher’s Tax practice. He was responsible for coordinating income tax engagements for closely held corporations, partnerships, nonprofit organizations and individuals.

Having joined Bennett Thrasher in 1998, Tim developed significant experience in S corporation, partnership, individual, trust and nonprofit taxation. He was devoted to educating the firm and clients on tax law developments; training associates and interns; undertaking tax research; and supporting public charities and private foundations.
