Johnson and Reynolds provide consulting and advisory services in the firm’s Financial Reporting & Assurance practice.

James Johnson brings a vast array of knowledge across industries for clients in both the private and public sectors. Through his work in providing assurance and consulting services to his clients, James taps into 15 years of executing audit, agreed-upon procedure and consulting engagements and is viewed as a trusted advisor to the clients he serves. Johnson and his teams focus on leading from the front as they provide exceptional client service within the manufacturing and distribution, professional services, healthcare and construction industries.

Johnson earned his Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Finance from Florida State University and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) licensed in the state of Georgia. He is a member of American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the Georgia Society of CPAs (GSCPA).
Mike Reynolds excels as an experienced accounting professional working primarily with investment funds and construction companies. His work experience includes overseeing audits and reviews for private companies and internal audit co-sourcing engagements with public companies. Mike brings a unique perspective in serving his investment fund clients by leveraging his previous work experience at a mezzanine debt fund. With a deep expertise working in the investment fund and construction industries throughout his 15-year career, Reynolds stays actively involved with the Association for Corporate Growth, Southern Capital Forum, Secured Finance Network and Construction Financial Management Association.

Reynolds is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) licensed in Georgia. He serves on the Board for SFNet Young Professionals organization. A dedicated Virginia Tech alum, Reynolds currently serves as treasurer of the school’s Atlanta alumni chapter.
