Bennett Thrasher’s Peter Stathopoulos to Speak on Panel at Georgia Production Partnership’s South Georgia Regional Meeting

Bennett Thrasher Partner Peter Stathopoulos will be featured as a panelist at the upcoming Georgia Production Partnership (GPP) South Georgia Regional Meeting, coined “Attracting Productions to South GA.” Each year, GPP hosts the South Georgia Regional Meeting to showcase the immense opportunity that the film industry brings to the state.

Along with Stathopoulos, the panel will feature Ryan Smith, owner of Thomasville Pictures and producer of ‘The Tiger Rising’ (with Queen Latifah and Dennis Quaid); Brandy Elrod, director of Fitzgerald Tourism, Arts, and Culture; and Cam Jordan, deputy administrator, City of Fitzgerald. The panel will be moderated by Craig Dominey, manager of Georgia’s “Camera Ready” program.

The GPP South Georgia Regional meeting will be held on March 7 from 4-5:30 p.m. at Valdosta State University. The event is free to attend.
